AGM Meeting Notice

 

Dear Tillsonburg Skating Club Member,

 The Tillsonburg Skating Club holds it Annual General Meeting each June.  The AGM is used to discuss the performance of the club over the previous year; as well as, tentatively plan actions to carry it forward into the new season. The AGM also provides the opportunity for interested members to join the Club Board of Directors. The interest of volunteers is an important aspect within the club, for as we continue to grow and expand our programs, the need for committed and dedicated volunteers also grows.  More hands make light work.

The Annual General Meeting will be on Monday, June 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.  Agenda for the AGM noted below.  If you are interested in attending our Annual General Meeting, please join us in the Club Office (Boardroom).

We look forward to the possibility of seeing new members join our Board of Directors and sharing in the activities integral to supporting our efforts. 

If you are interested in joining the Tillsonburg Skating Club Board of Directors, please send an email with your name and the position you are interested in by Sunday, May 30, 2026 and please attend the AGM meeting to voice your interest in joining the board.
