REFUND POLICY

• A full refund or credit (less a refund processing fee of $40) will be considered if the request is received 5 days or more prior to the start of the program. 
• A pro-rated credit (less a refund processing fee of $40) will be granted for medical reasons greater than weeks (supported by medical documentation/certificate) if the request is made less than 5 days prior to the start of the season or throughout the term of the skating program.
• A pro-rated refund (less a refund processing fee of $40) will be granted for families who are required to relocate for employment reasons (documentation proof required). 
• For CanSkate only, a pro-rated refund (less a refund processing fee of $40) will be considered if the withdrawal request is received within the first four sessions of the program.
• In the event of inclement weather, facility issue, and or other extenuating circumstances beyond TSC’s control no refund will be provided for these sessions.
• There is no refund or session make up for missed sessions.  
• Skate Canada Fees are not refundable.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event, Tillsonburg Skating Club must cancel program offerings due to COVID-19 closures, credit will be given to skaters for the time remaining in their registered program. The Skate Canada and Tillsonburg Skating Club Administration Fee ($40.00) cannot be refunded.  No refunds will be given to skaters leaving on their own accord. Failure to follow the terms and conditions of the Tillsonburg Skating Club may resort in removal from the facility and no refund will be given.  

Any request that does not fall within the parameters for any of the programs described above will not be considered.

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Tillsonburg Skating Cub @ skating@live.ca.  Refund requests are discussed at the monthly board meeting before credit or refund is issued.
